New Year, New You in 2011



1.Write down your goal
  • Make them simplem and attainable
  • Be passionate and focus
  • Don't be affected by others
  • Get motivated from friends and relative
2.Learn something NEW
  • Enrol a class to learn something
  • Whatever you like and affordable
  • You can even self-learning
3.Loose weight
  • Change your diet plan (eat more vege and fruits)
  • Add in supplement
  • Think before you eat
  • Excersice more ( at least 30 mins 3 times weekly)
4.Spend more time with Loved Ones
  • Parents
  • Children
  • Wife / Husband
  • Siblings
  • Friends
  • And don't forget spend time for yourself
5. Help People
  • Volunteer to help some one
  • Experience the fulfilling and gratifying
6.Get out of DEBT
  • Spend wisely
  • Be determined
  • Always start with cash,debit card
  • Credit card is the last choice
7. Enjoy life more
  • Do what you like
  • Live it to the fullness
  • Just do it
8. Quit the bad habit 
  • Say no to alcohol
  • Quit smoking
  • Stop being lazy
9. Be more organise
  • Plan ahead
  • If you fail to plan, you plan to fail
  • Be prepared for challenges
