Terms and Conditions

General:

1. We accepts Malaysia Ringgit (MYR / RM) only.
2. We currently accept transactions via Maybank and CIMB.
3. No minimum total purchase amount is required for ready stocks. For pre-order items, must be at least 5 pieces. For Nubra, minimum order is 2 pieces.
4. Colour of goods seen on the website may vary from actual products. This might due to lighting of photo shooting or chromatic aberrations.
5. Product measurements shown are for guideline only. There may be 1-2cm slight different from the actual measurement due to different method used.
6. Intimateshine are not responsible for any damages or loss of the parcel during shipping. 
7. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangable. We do not accept any exchange for quality or design issue for all items.
8. You are requested to make your payment within 3 days upon your order. All order will be cancelled automatically for those who failed to do so. Items will only be reserved to you for 3 days, otherwise we will have the rights to sell the item to another party.

Pre-Order:

1. Items will be delivered within 7 working days upon payment made.
2. Items purchase from pre-order section must be at least 5 pieces per order. Can be mix of designs.
3. For Nubra or magic bra pre-order, minimum order is 2.
4. If customers want to purchase ready stock and pre-order at the same time, there is no minimum order for ready stock but there must be at least 5 piece from the pre-order section.
5. If we failed to deliver some of the specific items the balance of the payment will be return to customers.

Pre-Sales:

1. Items under the pre-sales category are products we already order from supplier.
2. As soon as we received the products, we will start to deliver them to you.
3. It usually take up to 7 working days for the product to reach us after we make the order.
