Packing:
All our lingerie items are packaged individually due to hygiene purposes.
It will then be packed in a sealed generic courier flyer, we will not indicate any details on the contents of the parcel.
Delivery :
Intimateshine uses POS Malaysia or SkyNet as our courier company due to the realiability and efficiency of their services.
- We will send out the items within 3 working days upon receiving the payment.
- POS Malaysia and Skynet only operate from Monday to Friday, hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.
- It takes 1 to 3 working days for delivery of goods to arrive.
- Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using POS Malaysia Tracking System
- Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.
